  • Cash on delivery (to Courier):

    By choosing COD as the method of payment, you will pay in cash upon receipt of the products you ordered at the place you have indicated to us. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you also pay the amount owed to the Courier employee who delivers the order. This method is only available for destinations within Greece.



Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of being placed. However, orders placed on Friday will most likely be placed on Monday. All orders are shipped with Courier courier company, throughout Greece and abroad.


In case the payment method is cash on delivery (valid only for orders in Greece), there is an additional fixed charge. The amount paid for the shipment of the parcel is valid in any case, whether it is delivered to you by the courier company at your place or you receive your package from the local office of the cooperating courier company.

All shipments within Greece are made with the above charges, except for inaccessible areas, for which you will be informed by phone or by mail for the additional charge.

If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase or if the item you received is defective, damaged or differs from its description on our website, we offer a full replacement for up to 3 days from the date of receipt. To request a replacement please providing us  your order number, the reason for your return and (if any) proof / photos of any defects in the product. We will be happy to send you a new one or reimburse you (excluding shipping costs).


For the right of return, the item must be unused in its original packaging (resold). We will review the email you send us and provide you with a Return Warranty (RMA) before sending your product back to us. Make sure that the returned product is carefully wrapped and that you provide a tracking number (if possible) for all returned items, as we can not replace items that have been damaged due to improper packaging and we are not responsible for returning lost or damaged items. our products.
